The Country Fayre is our single biggest annual fundraiser. All profits raised allow the Executive Committee to subsidise events, training and activities and ensure the dedicated volunteers who run our Clubs are well supported by County Office. The generous support of our sponsors helps to cover more of the overheads of the Fayre, so more money can be used to directly benefit the next generation of young people passionate about farming, the countryside and rural life.

If you are interested in sponsoring the Berkshire Country Fayre 2026, there are plenty of opportunities to do so. In return, there are numerous promotional opportunities and benefits available to businesses, depending on the level of sponsorship. Over 3,000 people came to the Country Fayre last year and, with additional opportunities for promotion on our social media platforms in the run up to the weekend, becoming a sponsor is a great way of promoting your business.

Would you like to advertise in our programme?
We are pleased to offer businesses advertising space in the 2026 fayre programme. This is a great way to get your name seen by thousands of fayre-goers, whilst supporting Berkshire’s young farmers.
The Fayre programme is a full guide of the day, featuring what’s on, when and where. Our event
sponsors are featured (depending on the level of sponsorship) and trade stands and stallholders are
listed.
It is an A5 booklet in full colour and the print run is 1,000+. It is available for free (with donation
requested) to all visitors on the day. This year, an electronic version of the programme will also be
available via a QR Code displayed around the site.
Note that Adverts will be placed throughout the programme on an ad hoc basis.
