Following the incredible success of the Berkshire Country Fayre in recent years, we are delighted to announce that the Berkshire Country Fayre will return on Sunday, 17th May 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at a new venue on the Benham Estate, Newbury, by kind permission of Sir Richard Sutton Ltd.
Our much-loved Fayre attracts over 4,000 visitors annually, from across Berkshire and neighbouring counties. This friendly, community based event is a vibrant celebration of rural life and a great family day out for people from all generations and backgrounds to enjoy!
Tickets will go on sale early in 2026.

We’re excited to be welcoming you to a brand-new location this year on the beautiful Benham Estate, by kind permission of Sir Richard Sutton Ltd.
Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, surrounded by the rolling countryside of the Berkshire North Wessex Downs, this beautiful setting provides the perfect backdrop for a day celebrating rural life.
Conveniently located between Newbury and Hungerford, just off the A4, the site offers easy access for all traffic, making your journey simple and stress-free.
